CACI Non-Surgical Face Lift

Baby Shower
As many of you will now know Jacki is expecting a baby in December and the staff at the gym have kindly organised a BABY SHOWER on Sunday October 2nd at 3pm in the Gym Bar. This is a joint event with Lyndsey the gym manager who some of you will also know. It would be lovely if you would like to pop over. The bar will be open serving hot and cold drinks. If you can't make it then please pop along to our Christmas Open Night in November to say goodbye before Jacki leaves on November 30th. (Date tbc)
